This individual will drive the alignment of demand signals, production capacity, material availability, and inventory strategies to ensure on-time delivery of complex, engineered to order solutions, including Power Skids, SmartRun systems, Power Modules, and other Infrastructure Solutions. The role serves as a critical link between Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP/SIOP), manufacturing operations, procurement, and customer fulfillment.\nThe ideal candidate bridges the gap between commercial demand insights and operational execution to optimize production output and customer delivery performance.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nMaster Supply Planning & Scheduling\nAnalyze mid to long term demand signals from sales forecasts, customer orders, and historical data to develop production plans that balance capacity, inventory targets, and customer delivery commitments\nMaintain and refine forecasting models to improve accuracy and responsiveness to changing market conditions.\nMonitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability. \nCollaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to validate demand assumptions \nIdentify and implement improvements in scheduling processes, tools, and procedures to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.\nServe as an engaged contributor to the SIOP process by providing accurate production schedules, capacity constraints, lead time updates, and inventory data to support informed decision-making and alignment across functions.\nS&OP / SIOP Integration\nServe as a key contributor to the Global Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process\nPrepare and present supply-side inputs for monthly SIOP reviews, including capacity assessments, constraint analysis, and scenario planning\nCollaborate with demand planning, finance, and commercial teams to reconcile supply plans with demand signals and business objectives\nCapacity & Constraint Management\nProactively identify and escalate supply risks, developing mitigation plans to protect customer commitments\nCollaborate with plant operations and engineering to develop capacity expansion plans and resource allocation strategies as needed\nInventory Optimization\nAdvise inventory strategies that balance service levels with working capital targets\nSupport initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and program management to ensure seamless execution of the supply plan\nCoordinate with key account teams (e.g., hyperscale and enterprise customers) to align supply plans with strategic customer requirements\nPartner with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to integrate new product launches into the master supply plan\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management. Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus. \nStrong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle).\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.\nAPICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. \nAbility to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment. \nExperience planning for engineered-to-order (ETO), configure-to-order (CTO), or complex manufactured products\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with planning/BI tools preferred\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills\nPHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS\nThe role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.\nOccasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.\nWork is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.\nTIME TRAVEL REQUIRED\nOccasional travel to different office locations, client sites, or conferences may be necessary.
