safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nConduct regular safety inspections and audits.\nInvestigate accidents, near misses, and safety incidents.\nEnsure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and material handling equipment.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.\nImplement Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans for improvement.\nSupport implementation of new warehouse technologies and best practices.\nCustomer Service\nCoordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams.\nEnsure material availability to prevent production interruptions.\nResolve operational issues impacting internal and external customers.\nCommunicate operational status and performance metrics to management.\nQualifications Education\nBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.\nEquivalent work experience may be considered.\nExperience\n3-5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.\nMinimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.\nExperience in manufacturing and materials management environments preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nWarehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar.\nMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nInventory management and reporting tools.\nRequired Competencies\nLeadership and team management\nCommunication and
