The role suits reliable, detail-focused individuals with a strong safety mindset.\nKey responsibilities:\nOperate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.\nMonitor process performance and quality output.\nCarry out routine machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.\nFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.\nReport equipment faults, production issues, and deviations.\nSupport the team in achieving daily production targets.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.\nAdhere to all Health & Safety and Quality procedures.\nParticipate in shift work and overtime as required.\nPlease note the above duties and responsibilities are not intended to be an exhaustive list.
