This role drives operational excellence through process standardization, cost optimization, productivity improvements, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance business performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.\nResponsibilities\nIdentify, prioritize, and implement process improvement initiatives across logistics, supply chain, and operational functions.\nLead projects focused on cost reduction, productivity enhancement, operational efficiency, and service level improvements.\nAnalyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks and root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nDevelop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring effective tracking of operational performance and improvement initiatives.\nOptimize logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, freight management, inventory flows, and distribution activities.\nStandardize processes and implement best practices across LATAM operations, promoting consistency and scalability.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, support strategic initiatives, and achieve business objectives.\nPrepare data-driven analyses and business cases to support operational and financial decision-making.\nEducation & Certifications\nRequired:\nBachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nPreferred:\nPostgraduate Degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.\nLean Six Sigma Certification.\nAPICS (CPIM and/or CSCP) Certification.\nPMP or equivalent Project Management Certification.\nRequirements Minimum Experience & Skills\n5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Continuous Improvement.\nProven experience leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain processes.\nExperience with KPI development, performance management, cost optimization, and operational improvement programs.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.\nAbility to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.\nExperience working in regional and multicultural environments is preferred.\nAdvanced English proficiency;
