Communicate a mindset of continuous improvement & responsibility vs. targets achievement inside its Business Unit\nPerform OJT of his/her teams every day on standards & methodologies implemented.\nCongratulate and recognize its team for improvements.\nEnsure a positive social climate on his/her Business Unit\nEnsure enforcement of health, safety and environmental rules.\nEnsure corrective & preventive maintenance of equipment & sustainable TPM.\nDefine work standards with the help of support functions.\nBe responsible for customer satisfaction.\nBe accountable for SQCDP performance and profitability (gross margin) of his/her APU, in terms of targets achievement, and improvement.\nEnsure optimal use of equipment (OEE).\nAssign & check corrective actions on recurring problems with Business Unit and Plant support departments.\nEscalate at Site level the issues that can’t be solved at Business Unit level. Lead daily Business Unit War room (SQCDP).\nLead workstation ergonomics risk analysis and elimination.\nLead every day Gemba activities with his/her team, as TOP 3 issues countermeasures review.\nLead & review action plans to improve SQCDP performance (actual and targets).\nBe responsible for Customer Line Return analysis and solving for products from his/her APU in front of customers.\nEducation & Certifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.\nRequirements:\nBilingual 90% English - Spanish.\nMS Office (Word, Excel).\nDesired Six Sigma Green Belt certified and exposure to Operative systems based on Toyota Production Systems.\nKnowledge of MRP/ERP system.\nProduction and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.\nMechanical - Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.\nAdministration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.\nYears of Experience:\n5-7 years\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
