This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing high-performance teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead, inspire, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets and foster a culture of continuous improvement.\nEnsure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.\nOversee daily manufacturing operations ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met or exceeded.\nChampion change management initiatives, implementing process improvements and lean practices to drive efficiency and delivery.\nCollaborate with senior leadership to align operations with overall business goals and strategic plans.\nMonitor KPIs and performance metrics, using data to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.\nLead, coach, and supervise production team leaders and staff.\nCoordinate with procurement, engineering, and logistics teams to maintain seamless operations.\nPrepare and present production performance reports to senior management.\nManage production budgets and control costs effectively.\nDrive employee engagement, training, and development programs.\nChampion operational excellence and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.\nKey Qualifications:\nProven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment, or similar.\nStrong track record of building and sustaining high-performance teams.\nDemonstrated success in leading change and implementing continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma qualifications).\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business Management or related field (preferred).\nWill accept expert industry related experience in lieu of Third level qualifications\n\nTIME TRAVEL REQUIRED\n10%\nThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
