Role Purpose
Support the Future-Ready Service Ecosystem program by validating Oracle-based business processes, transactions, integrations and application functionality; coordinating requirements and test feedback between business and technology teams; supporting master data quality; and ensuring release readiness across Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud and related enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end functional, system integration, regression and user acceptance testing for Oracle applications, enhancements, interfaces and reports.
- Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, test data, expected results and evidence; record defects with clear reproduction steps, severity, business impact and supporting documentation.
- Validate Oracle transactions, test Web ADI, workflows, approvals, notifications, scheduled jobs, reports, role-based access and downstream accounting or operational impacts.
- Perform requirements analysis, process mapping, gap analysis and impact assessment for enhancements, fixes, integrations
and automation initiatives.
- Maintain requirements, test status, defect logs, decision logs, action trackers and traceability between business requirements,
configuration, development and test outcomes.
- Perform master data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, maintenance and migration support across customer, item, installed
base, branch, territory, contract and service-related data.
- Validate inbound and outbound interfaces, API-based integrations, data conversions and reconciliation between Oracle and
connected enterprise applications.
- Validate role-based access, permissions, and security profiles across EBS user roles.
- Participate in solution walkthroughs, sprint or release reviews, test-readiness reviews and defect-triage discussions;
communicate risks, dependencies and unresolved issues promptly.
- Support cutover planning, smoke testing, go-live validation, hypercare tracking and post-implementation issue analysis.
- Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, quick references, FAQs, release notes, and KT materials.
- Follow applicable information-security, data-privacy, access-control, documentation and change-governance requirements.
Systems & Domain Exposure
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications is preferred.
- Exposure to Oracle modules and processes related to order management, inventory, purchasing, installed base, service
contracts, field service, receivables, billing or finance is desirable.
- Understanding of Oracle workflows, concurrent programs or scheduled processes, interfaces, APIs, reports, master data and
role-based access is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams; SQL or data-querying exposure is an
advantage.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM or similar defect and test-management tools is desirable; OATS or
equivalent testing-tool experience is preferred.
Key Deliverables / Success Measures
- Complete the assigned SIT, regression and UAT cycles on time with full evidence and accurate defect tracking.
- Requirement-to-test traceability with minimal gaps between approved business needs and delivered Oracle functionality.
- Accurate transaction, integration and report validation, including documented reconciliation and exception resolution.
- Accurate and timely master data validation and updates with documented approvals and issue closure.
- Timely escalation of blockers, quality risks, dependencies and release-readiness concerns
- Current and version-controlled process, testing and knowledge documents before release or handover.

- Strong Oracle functional testing, data analysis and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand end-to-end ERP processes and translate requirements into detailed, practical test scenarios.
- Strong defect-analysis, root-cause coordination, reconciliation and documentation discipline.
- Good written and verbal communication with the ability to work effectively with business users, developers, functional
consultants and program stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, ownership, follow-through and ability to work across multiple test cycles and priorities.
Education & Experience
- Graduate in engineering, computer applications, information technology, computer science, commerce, finance, business, operations or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in Oracle functional support, ERP/application testing, business analysis, master data management or implementation programs is preferred.
- Hands-on experience preparing test cases, executing SIT/UAT, managing defects and validating Oracle transactions or integrations is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with IT development teams, Oracle functional or technical consultants, business stakeholders and thirdparty partners is desirable.
Work Conditions & Compliance
- Fixed-term contract for 12 months, subject to applicable company terms and conditions.
- May require coordination across functions, locations and time zones based on program needs.
- May occasionally be required to work additional hours or outside standard working hours to support critical testing, releases,
go-live or business requirements, subject to prior alignment and applicable company policy and local law.
