This role manages payroll operations, liaises with external vendors (including ADP/SDWorx), and provides payroll-related HR support.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end payroll processes for EMEA countries (Sweden, Poland, France, Switzerland, Turkey etc) in partnership with external vendors, including ADP/SDWorx;\nAct as the main point of contact for ADP/SDWorx, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery;\nReview and validate payroll outputs (earnings, deductions, taxes, Social Security, benefits) to ensure compliance with local regulations;\nProcess payroll-related changes such as new hires, terminations, contract updates, absences, and statutory reporting;\nRespond to employee payroll queries in Spanish and provide clear guidance on payroll and labour-related topics;\nMaintain accurate payroll and HR data in internal systems and perform regular quality checks;\nPrepare payroll reports and support Finance, audits, and compliance activities;\nContribute to payroll process improvements, system implementations, and standardisation initiatives across EMEA.\nKey Requirements\nProven experience in EMEA payroll preferred - including labour law and Social Security;\n2-4 years’ experience in payroll operations (multi-country or shared services preferred);\nStrong attention to detail and analytical skills.\nSkills & Tools\nPayroll systems, HRIS/HCM platforms, and MS Office;\nAbility to interpret and explain payroll and labour regulations.\nLanguages\nEnglish - mandatory;\nFrench - Nice to have;\nTurkish - Nice to have.\nIf YOU are the person we are looking for, feel free to apply and let's start drafting your future career in a healthy and growing environment!\nThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
