Optimizing the production and investment efficiencies of Inventory.\nPlan and prepare production schedules for the manufacture of products in the assigned areas in a timely manner.\nLevel production to achieve the optimal use of both material resources and man-hours.\nResponsible directly for the control of shop orders within the production floor and changes of orders of the assigned areas, participating in daily meetings with production.\nExpedites operations and/or materials that are delaying production according to conditions preventing meeting the promised date\nPrepare daily, weekly and monthly planning reports.\nKPIs maintenance in Tier meeting \nGemba Walks\nParticipate in Kaizen events \nEfficient with minimal supervision \nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.\nAnalysis, Solving Problems and Making Decisions\nMust be action-oriented with an eye for finding opportunity and solving problems.\nDetail-oriented with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.\nPerforms with a high sense of urgency\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum Qualifications: (education, experience level, knowledge, skills, designations/certifications).\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing or supply chain.\nAt a minimum of three (5) years of planning of a manufacturing operation experience.\nSelf-starter.
