portfolio.\nThe position partners closely with PMO leadership, business stakeholders, finance, and delivery teams to ensure project, program, portfolio, financial, and strategic planning data is accurate, accessible, actionable, and aligned with organizational objectives.\nThis role combines expertise in project portfolio management, business intelligence, analytics, process improvement, and technology administration to drive PMO maturity and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nPMO, Tools & Platform Management\nAdminister the organization's Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform, ServiceNow SPM and other project solutions\nDefine and maintain PMO tool strategy, roadmap, governance, and standards\nDrive automation of project management and portfolio management processes\nWork with the PMO leaders to continuously improve PMO reporting, governance, and operational processes\nImplement best practices for portfolio reporting and analytics\nEstablish reporting and data management standards across project delivery teams\nData Governance & Management\nWork with other PMO leaders to establish and maintain portfolio data governance standards\nEnsure consistency of project, program, financial, and portfolio data across systems\nDevelop data stewardship practices across PMO and delivery organizations\nCreate master data standards and report taxonomies\nPortfolio Reporting & Executive Dashboards\nDevelop and maintain portfolio reporting frameworks for executive leadership\nDeliver standardized reporting for:Portfolio health\nProgram status\nResource capacity\nProject delivery metrics\nStrategic initiative progress\nRisk and issue management\n\nDesign and support executive scorecards and dashboards\nLead reporting automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting activities\nProvide actionable insights and recommendations based on portfolio performance trends\nPortfolio Insights & Decision Support\nProvide analytical support for:Portfolio planning\nPrioritization decisions\nInvestment management\nCapacity planning\nResource forecasting\nBenefits realization\n\nSupport planning and portfolio review cycles\nIdentify opportunities to improve portfolio value and delivery effectiveness\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field\n7+ years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Analytics, or related disciplines\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale IT portfolios\nExperience administering and optimizing PPM tools\nStrong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies\nAdvanced experience with reporting and analytics platforms\nCertification in PMP, PgMP, PMI-PMOCP, PMI-SP, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent\nExperience with ServiceNow SPM, reporting and analytics platforms like PowerBI\nStrong ability to collaborate across all levels and with executive leadership, influence decision-making, and foster alignment across diverse teams and geographies\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, inspire collaboration, and navigate cultural and geographic diversity\nExperience navigating a global organization\nThis role is in the office 5 days per week with the potential for domestic/international travel upwards of 25%
