RFQs, technical schedules, and enquiry documents to develop compliant solutions.\n· Support electrical engineering activities related to MV/LV Switchgear, RMUs, Transformers, UPS, Busducts, Cables, Earthing, and Auxiliary Systems.\n· Conduct site surveys and constructability assessments, ensuring designs are installation-friendly and minimize site work.\n· Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and factories for technical alignment, drawing reviews, fabrication support, and FAT activities.\n· Support detailed engineering, project execution, installation, and commissioning activities.\n· Drive value engineering, standardization, and cost optimization initiatives.\n· Can do the costing and budgeting of skid and mounted equioment\nQualifications & Experience\n· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.\n· Experience in Power Skids, Modular Substations, E-Houses, Integrated Power Modules (IPM), or Data Center Infrastructure projects.\n· Experience in equipment integration involving MV/LV Switchgear, RMUs, Transformers, UPS Systems, Busducts, and Cables.\n· Costing of the SKID\nSoftware Skills\n· Microsoft office\n· AutoCAD/Soildwords (Mandatory)\n· Revit / BIM Tools (Preffered)\n· EPLAN (Preferred)\nreferred Skills\n· Strong understanding of skid conceptualization, equipment arrangement, and constructability.\n· Experience in 2D/3D design review and multidisciplinary coordination.\n· Good knowledge of installation planning, transportation, lifting, and maintenance requirements.\n· Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nIdeal Candidate\nA hands-on engineer capable of owning the skid solution lifecycle from concept development, layout optimization, and 3D integration through detailed engineering, manufacturing support, installation planning, and project
