This role serves as a key liaison between Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure accurate pricing execution, timely item setup, and effective maintenance of pricing and cost information. The position also drives process improvements, supports pricing audits, and ensures compliance with established pricing policies and procedures.\nKey Responsibilities\nPricing & Item Master Management\nLead and oversee the end-to-end item creation process within Oracle and related systems, ensuring accurate setup of item attributes including EPH, product category, supplier information, costs, list prices, currency, and other master data elements.\nEnsure data integrity and consistency across Oracle, EDP, SharePoint, and other business systems.\nMonitor and validate item creation requests, updates, and modifications to ensure compliance with company standards.\nAct as the subject matter expert for item master and pricing data management.\nPrice Book Administration\nLead the preparation, review, validation, and distribution of product and service price books.\nEnsure timely publication of approved pricing updates and revisions.\nManage customer-specific pricing information and support related pricing governance activities.\nControl and facilitate user access to price books and pricing documentation stored within SharePoint.\nPricing & Cost Maintenance\nMaintain and update pricing, costs, and related commercial data in Oracle, EDP, SharePoint, and other pricing systems.\nEnsure price and cost changes are accurately reflected across all applicable systems.\nTrack product discontinuations and lifecycle changes to maintain accurate pricing records.\nCoordinate with Product Managers and relevant stakeholders on pricing changes arising from new product introductions and product phase-outs.\nData Governance & Documentation\nMaintain comprehensive master files containing item, cost, and pricing information.\nEnsure all pricing and cost updates are properly documented, traceable, and auditable.\nSupport internal and external audit requirements through accurate documentation and record management.\nPrepare and maintain pricing audit reports and supporting documentation.\nStakeholder Support & Issue Resolution\nServe as the primary contact for pricing-related inquiries from Market Units, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Product Management, and other business functions.\nInvestigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, data issues, and operational concerns in a timely manner.\nEscalate critical issues and risks to management while providing recommendations for resolution.\nProvide guidance and training to stakeholders on pricing processes and system requirements.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with Product Managers, Factory Contacts, Market Unit Sales teams, Supply Chain, Finance, Oracle support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of:Price book releases\nItem creation activities\nCost updates\nPricing revisions\nSystem maintenance and publication processes\n\nSupport business initiatives requiring pricing analysis and data governance expertise.\nProcess Improvement & Continuous Improvement\nEvaluate existing pricing and item management processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.\nRecommend and implement automation, standardization, and process optimization initiatives.\nLead continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing pricing accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency.\nRegularly review and update work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation to ensure relevance and compliance.\nQualifications\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in pricing, commercial operations, item master management, or related analytical functions.\nStrong understanding of pricing concepts, including costs, margins, pricing structures, and commercial processes.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and other data analytics tools, with expertise in data analysis, reporting, data validation, dashboard development, and process automation.\nHands-on experience with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems is required.\nExperience with SharePoint and pricing database management is highly
