(software, mechanical, systems engineering) to define system-level requirements and resolve any integration issues.\nUtilize simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, LTspice) for circuit design, system modeling, and performance analysis.\nConduct rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and fault analysis to ensure high reliability and performance under operational conditions.\nEstablish test plans, procedures, and protocols for functional, environmental, and regulatory compliance testing.\nProvide technical leadership to junior engineers and interdisciplinary teams, offering guidance on best practices, design principles, and troubleshooting.\nReview designs and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality, innovation, and adherence to engineering standards.\nOversee the entire product lifecycle of power electronics systems, from concept through design, validation, production, and maintenance.\nWork closely with product managers, R&D teams, and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, customers) to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business and technical needs.\nParticipate in the creation of project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.\nConduct research on emerging technologies in power electronics, including wide bandgap semiconductors, energy storage, and power conversion techniques.\nLead innovation efforts in areas such as energy efficiency, miniaturization, and system reliability.\nIdentify opportunities to patent new technologies or techniques, contributing to the company’s intellectual property portfolio.\nEnsure that designs meet safety standards (e.g., UL, IEC, CE) and environmental regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH).\nLead by example in continuous improvement, best practices, and process documentation. \nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/Power Electronics engineering, master’s/PHD in engineering a plus but not must.\n15+ years of core product development experience mainly into Power electronics \nStrong in-depth knowledge of full product design cycle and the engineering disciplines.1-phase power system engineering.\nEngineering and design validation testing.\nIn-depth knowledge of electrical circuit design and PCB layout.\nRoot cause analysis.\nFamiliar with MATLAB/PSIM simulation and HIL system\nFamiliar with regulatory and safety standards and testing (UL, IEC, DOE, etc.).\n\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to summarize and successfully communicate complex technical topics quickly to a broad range of people, including non-technical and leadership audiences.\nFluent in English language skill a plus but not required. \nTravel as required, domestic and
