招聘要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，电力电子、自动控制及相关专业;

2. 熟悉功率电路和电磁元件设计，掌握控制理论和模电数电知识，有研究意愿及能力;

3. 有5年以上的电力电子产品开发经验;

4. 工作主动性强，能独立思考和解决问题，勤奋认真，沟通表达能力强，善于团队合作。

优选条件：

1.有UPS，通信电源、HVDC、光伏等中大功率产品开发经验优先。
