The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project procurement, especially in negotiating contracts related to steel constructions and/or steel raw materials. The selected individual will play a key role in supporting InfaSols EMEA growth, ensuring that all procurement activities are handled efficiently and in line with project timelines and budget constraints.\nResponsibilities:\nFollow the procurement process within construction industry with large-scale construction and infrastructure projects experience.\nNegotiate contracts for critical commodities and services.\nCollaborate closely with project managers and engineering teams to align procurement activities with project needs.\nEvaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure all procurement activities comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.\nMonitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure the best value for the project.\nEducation & Certifications:\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field or alternatively a proven record of experience in the area of Supply Chain Management.\nLocal language + fluent English language skills (speaking / reading / writing)\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in procurement for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.\nStrong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.\nStrong Costing knowledge / principles.\nExposure to Project Cost management.\nExposure to / Knowledge of International standards.\nGlobal Supply Base knowledge.\nFamiliarity with steel construction/steel raw materials procurement.\nExcellent communication and project management skills.\nWhat do we
