Document data and provide details while interfacing with legal team.\nCreate and maintain Product Documentation including user brochures, presentations, manuals, and technical documentation. Provide support to regionalize documents as needed.\nWork with Product Marketing team on creation of White Papers, Application Notes, Case Studies, and Articles, Videos.\nWork with Product Marketing team on product launch preparation and product launch.\nSupport Solution architects and Application engineers with solution proposals and technical studies.\nProvide on-site critical customer consultations when required.\nInterface with other Vertiv products and engineering teams to coordinate integration with other hardware and/or software solutions.\nProvide training.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMandatory:\nBachelor’s or higher Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering\n5+ years relevant industry experience.\nExperience in Data center design, build, commissioning or maintenance\nTechnical expertise to translate customer needs/pain points to solutions\nStrong written/oral communication, especially in communicating customer needs and value propositions\nProficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and other business applications\nInformative knowledge about CAD, BIM and CFD tools. \nResearch and analytical skills\nPropensity for innovation\nEffectively communicates technical information and complex ideas to technically diverse audiences.\nPlus\nPlease note minimum and preferred requirements for education.
