slips.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead planners within LOB and work cross functionally with other LOB’s to share best practice and improve standards. \nOwn LOB Planning KPI’s and accuracy of work for team.\nDevelop and maintain accurate plans, records and KPI of production schedules.\nAnalyze production schedules, historical data, and market demand to develop accurate capacity plans.\nCollaborate with production, sales, and supply chain teams to understand current and future production requirements.\nContinuously monitor and adjust forecasts to reflect changes in demand or production capabilities.\nLiaise with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to gather information on market trends, customer demands, and potential disruptions.\nCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align production plans with the Busbar LOB goals.\nMonitor production performance against capacity plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nIdentify and analyze production bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.\nProactively identify potential risks to production capacity and develop contingency plans.\nWork with stakeholders to implement risk mitigation strategies.\nEvaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance production efficiency and capacity utilization.\nGenerate regular reports on production capacity performance and present findings to relevant stakeholders.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n3-7+ years in production planning within manufacturing environments.\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Excel and smartsheet skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a
