Production Supervisor is responsible for running a production line, while managing day-to-day activities and executing production plans.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nManaging daily activities of the production line (project)\nImplementing the established production plan\nPreparing daily activity plans\nParticipating in project/production planning activities\nDelegating tasks to supervisors and teams of electricians, fitters, refrigeration technicians, and other installers based on skills and availability in line with the production plan\nEnsuring that teams have the necessary skills, tools, documentation, and materials required to perform their work\nResponsible for safety within the production line (project) and for implementing the 5S system\nResponsible for the quality of work on the production line\nLeading daily line coordination meetings - Level 1\nCoordinating production activities with other departments (Project Management, Quality Control, Testing, Warehouse, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering)\nEscalating to the Production Manager and Project Manager when support from other departments/functions is required\nCommunicating relevant company announcements to the team\nCollaborating with other supervisors and production managers\nParticipating in project, team, or departmental meetings\nProviding leadership, mentoring, and training to the supervisor\nParticipating in initiatives, projects, and improvements on the production line and within the factory within the scope of responsibility\nParticipating in Kaizen / continuous improvement activities\nPerforming all other tasks and duties as instructed by the direct supervisor\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nCollege degree education - Civil Engineering background\nMinimum 5 years of experience as Site Manager/Production Supervisor\nProduction management\nTechnical knowledge - drawings, materials, machining, assembly methods\nBasic English skills\nBasic computer skills - MS Office (outlook, excel),etc\nProduction planning\nLeadership/management skills\nCommunication skills\nProblem solving\nAttention to detail\nCreativity\nWHAT WE OFFER?\nSupplementary and additional health insurance, including a yearly check-up (UNIQA for supplementary; CROATIA for additional insurance)\nChristmas bonus, Easter bonus, gift for a child, and gift in kind\nPaid overtime\nInternal and external trainings\nPerformance related bonuses\nReimbursement of public transportation costs\nMultiSport card option\nFruit delivery on Mondays & Wednesdays\nReferral bonus\nAllowance for the birth of a child (up to the maximum non-taxable amount)\nAllowance in case of the death of an immediate family member (up to the maximum non-taxable amount).\nAbout Us\nThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
