# Production Supervisor - Switchgear Test

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Anderson, SC. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will lead multiple production teams and help drive a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and motivating employees, and ensuring production goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. Success in this role requires strong leadership and communication skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to use key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational results and team performance. Responsibilities Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved.
