integrity and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of reported performance. \nSupport site leadership in performance reviews, identifying gaps, and required corrective actions, ensuring all significant deviations are properly escalated with clear ownership and timing. \nEmbed structured problem-solving methodologies (RCA, 5 Whys, 8D) into daily operations, ensuring they are not treated as standalone activities. \nDevelop and execute a structured SIOP capability-building roadmap across all levels of the organization. \nLead Kaizen events and structured improvement cycles focused on eliminating waste and improving flow, ensuring that these are standardized, documented, and sustained over time. \nPromote a culture of proactive problem identification and continuous improvement across all functions. \nEnsure full integration of VOS with OTF processes, including planning, scheduling, production execution, and logistics. \nDrive alignment across all site functions (Operations, Factory, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Operations) to ensure integrated VOS execution. \nPrevent local deviations by reinforcing the importance of a single source of truth. \nSupport integration of digital tools (ERP, MES, Power BI dashboards) into daily operations and decision-making, driving the adoption of digital solutions to enhance efficiency, traceability, and transparency. \nProvide regular updates to regional and global leadership on process improvement deployment status, risks, and performance. \nContinuously assess site maturity and define next steps for capability advancement. \nQUALIFICATIONS\n Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, or related discipline.\nAdvance knowledge in all areas of project planning, development, management, and implementation.\nProject Management certifications (PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) a plus. \n\nWork Experience:8-10 years of experience in project management or exposure to at least two of the following processes: OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP, and/or Services.\nExperience in an international and culturally diverse organization.\n\nCommunication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.\nGood communicator, confident in interacting with all levels of individuals across a variety of internal/external functions.\n\nAnalytical Skills:Ability to analyze data, provide insights. make informed decisions and solve complex problems.\nGood attention to detail.\n\n Technical Skills:Advanced experience with ERP financial applications (Oracle preferred).\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.\nProject management experience and familiarity with Agile process improvement.\n\nSelf-motivated with a strong positive attitude and good work ethic\nA collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork\nExcellent account management and customer focus
