This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.\nDevelop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.\nEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.\nLiaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.\nEstimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.\nDraft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.\nSet and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.\nPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.\nTrack project milestones and deliverables.\nDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.\nDetermine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.\nProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.\nDefine project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. \n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nMinimum Job Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
