Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of key projects, ensuring successful delivery from initial concept through to completion and handover.\nYou will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Experience within electrical or technical environments would be highly advantageous.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage projects from inception through design review, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.\nCoordinate project teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure delivery in line with programme and quality standards.\nMonitor project progress, identifying risks or issues and implementing effective solutions.\nAttend site and client meetings to ensure progress is maintained and expectations are met.\nManage procurement processes, including requisitioning, tracking delivery, and maintaining audit trails.\nLiaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and clear communication.\nTrack project costs, expenditure, and performance, maintaining strong commercial control.\nTake responsibility for overall project delivery, including financial and management aspects.\nQualifications & Experience\nMinimum 5+ years’ experience in a project management role (construction, engineering, or similar environment).\nExperience managing subcontractors, site activities, and project programmes.\nStrong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nCommercially aware with experience in budgeting and cost control.\nAbility to lead and coordinate teams effectively.\nExperience in electrical, M&E, or technical projects would be an advantage, but not essential.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload.\nFull UK driving licence
