As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for documentation control, schedule and logistics tracking, project reporting, part tracking and documentation and cross-functional communication to help ensure projects are delivered in alignment with Vertiv processes, customer requirements, and commitments. The position will also support the effective use and management of key digital platforms, including Oracle, Smartsheet, and Power BI, to improve project visibility, data accuracy, reporting, and overall execution efficiency.\nRESPONSIBILITIES \nEnsuring parts are shipped from factory to various project sites as well as packing lists and tracking information.\n\nGenerating and submitting project related documentation to the project manager (Technical Submittals, Test Documents, O&M’s, BOLs, Shipping Logs etc.).\n\nCoordinate with order management, plant production, logistics, contractors, services, and warranty groups throughout the project, internally escalating potential conflicts to avoid impact to the customer.\n\nCoordinating site activities with field service and production teams.\n\nDocument meeting notes, action items and follow through to completion.\n\nMaintaining project tracking tools ensuring all new projects and major project milestones are accurately tracked.\n\nFollow reporting and tracking programs to assure the project is on target for quality, schedule, and cost targets.\n\nProvide regular customer-facing reporting to track and forecast project progress.\n\nEnsuring projects plans are maintained and accurately reflect current project status.\n\nSupport the Project Management team by completing administrative and coordination activities relating to engineering project processes.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nAssociate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in project, manufacturing, or construction management.\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\n\nExcellent customer service skills\n\nExcellent project management skills\n\nDetail-oriented\n\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to work and multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nKnowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, data center infrastructure and commissioning processes is helpful.\n\nKnowledge of construction, electrical and mechanical contracting, manufacturing processes.\n\nSmartsheet and Power BI experience.\n\nEDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS\nAssociate degree or equivalent experience.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nLight Lifting (5 lbs. -
