POSITION SUMMARY

El PMO Lead es responsable de liderar y coordinar la gestión de proyectos, asegurando la alineación entre los objetivos del equipo, las necesidades del cliente, los recursos disponibles y los resultados esperados por la organización.

Su rol facilita la comunicación entre las áreas involucradas, da seguimiento a compromisos, gestiona riesgos y controla costos, impulsando el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad, facturación, rentabilidad y satisfacción del cliente.

Debe tener una Buena orientación y visión de negocio, así como la capacidad de poder establecer relaciones solidas a alto nivel con los clientes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

PM Lead:

  • Liderar la comunicación del equipo.
  • Evaluar el cumplimiento y resultados del procedimiento.
  • Definir los objetivos del equipo.
  • Apoyar a las áreas comerciales para la consecución nuevos negocios y crecimiento de ventas de servicios
  • Coordinar la identificación de los recursos necesarios para la ejecución de los proyectos y actuar como facilitador para su disponibilidad.
  • Identificar riesgos y establecer acciones de mitigación.
  • Buscar definiciones técnicas con ingeniería.
  • Proporcionar acciones para alcanzar la facturación y rentabilidad previstas para los proyectos.
  • Inspirar, orientar y estimular el desarrollo de los recursos involucrados buscando un alto rendimiento.
  • Actuar para la mejora continua y la reducción de costos.
  • Coordinar las lecciones aprendidas
  • Aprobar y validar el análisis de riesgos para los proyectos superiores al 60% de riesgo.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mayor a 5 años de experiencia.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Profesional en Ingeniería y afines.
  • Preferiblemente con certificación PMP o Especialización en Gerencia de Proyectos
  • Nivel de Inglés Intermedio alto
