This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, a clear understanding of the software development lifecycle and being able to align with organizational goals.\nThe successful candidate will be tasked with defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, creating and maintaining detailed project plans, and ensuring that all stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the project. The Project Manager will also be responsible for mitigating risks, resolving issues, and ensuring that quality standards are met.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLead, manage, and mentor the project team, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance\nManagement of projects from inception to on-site commissioning and client hand over.\nDefine the scope of projects in collaboration with senior management.\nCreation of a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete projects.\nMonitor progress of projects whilst making any adjustments necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.\nManage day-to-day operational aspects on multiple projects.\nAllocate resources and assign responsibilities for the development of detailed software code for automation, control and energy management data acquisition applications.\nStrong interpersonal skills necessary to lead a team\nEnsure that projects are completed to strict budgets and that project tracking documentation and variations are kept up to date for ongoing reviews.\nProviding regular reports on progress to senior managers and the division manager.\nEnsure project documentation is completed against strict timeframes to conform to client standards\nNegotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services\nEnsure client satisfaction on project completion \nEvaluation of each project's performance and develop lessons learned for use on future projects.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nProven experience in project management within a software development environment.\n7+ years related experience \nStrong knowledge of software development methodologies.\nExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.\nProficiency in project management tools \nOther relevant project management certifications are a plus.\nStrong leadership, planning and risk management skills.\nTIME TRAVEL REQUIRED\nDomestic and International site travel is an essential requirement for this
