Your voice matters, your growth is prioritized, and your success is celebrated.\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\nThe role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of full-string battery installation projects, including order processing, scheduling, logistics, delivery, installer coordination, and project completion. The position ensures accurate and timely execution while optimizing cycle time, inventory, transportation costs, and customer satisfaction.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProject Coordination & Scheduling\nReview battery orders for accuracy and project readiness.\nCoordinate installation schedules with customers, Service Partners, Customer Engineers, and internal stakeholders.\nConfirm installation dates and ensure project milestones are met.\nCustomer & Project Readiness\nManage customer requirements, including COIs, permits, site documentation, and access requirements.\nEnsure all installation prerequisites are completed to avoid project delays.\nOrder & Logistics Management\nMaintain project trackers and the Daily Battery Revenue Spreadsheet.\nCoordinate battery sourcing, shipping, and delivery while balancing cost, inventory, and customer requirements.\nPartner with planners and stakeholders to support complex and large-scale projects.\nShipment & Queue Management\nMonitor shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays.\nManage inquiries and requests received through the Full String Queue.\nProject Execution & Support\nTrack project progress through completion and ensure timely issue resolution.\nProvide after-hours or weekend support for critical customer installations when required.\nCustomer Commitment\nDeliver responsive and accurate support through effective communication and problem-solving.\nOwn customer concerns from request through resolution.\nEnsure service commitments, timelines, and quality standards are met.\nCollaborate with teams to fulfill customer requirements efficiently.\nReporting & Communication\nMaintain transaction records, reports, and project trackers.\nSupport team meetings by sharing updates, best practices, and process improvements.\nContinuous Improvement & Team Support\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.\nParticipate in training, quality programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide backup support for related functions and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, logistics, order management, or related functions.\nExperience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and similar collaboration tools.\nStrong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nCORE COMPETENCIES:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organization, prioritization, and time management.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nProven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nCustomer-focused, collaborative, and adaptable mindset.\nProficiency in written and spoken American English.\nWorking knowledge of U.S. geography and transportation systems.\nThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
