You will act as the main interface between the Customer and Vertiv, proactively managing project performance.\nWhat kind of work will you be doing?\nProject Planning: Translate customer needs and requirements into detailed project plans, share with relevant company functions, and drive internal execution to meet targets.\nProactive Problem Prevention: Identify potential issues during the project lifecycle and coordinate with other departments to resolve them, ensuring flawless project execution.\nCost Control: Oversee project purchasing with the Purchasing Manager, ensure adherence to budget, and implement cost reduction and containment actions.\nDelivery & Site Coordination: Coordinate deliveries with clients and purchasing to avoid excess inventory; manage local subcontractors for installations and the service team for on-time start-ups.\nProject Documentation: Ensure timely, accurate, and complete maintenance of project reports and documentation packages, including drawings, specifications, customer requirements, minutes of meetings, certificates, and proof of delivery.\nCustomer Relations, Reporting & Invoicing: Provide accurate revenue and margin forecasts, maintain regular communication with departmental staff and functions, and raise invoice requests for timely billing.\nWhat will make you successful?\nEducated to degree level in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.\nExperience in running and controlling high-value M&E contracts.\nFluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).\nGood knowledge of Liebert HPAC and UPS products and solutions.\nExperienced in negotiating with and managing sub-contractors.\nNumerate and IT literate, with strong understanding of business performance software:Essential: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Oracle\nPreferable: AutoCAD\n\nAbility to understand commercial contracts and strong knowledge of contract agreements and contract law.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet agreed timescales.\nCustomer-centric, able to handle complex customer requirements effectively.\nTeam player with strong communication and influencing skills across functions.\nPhysical & Environmental Demands\nFollow and respect, in all its technical interventions, the environmental guidelines established by Vertiv Spain, and those that are specific to the client's facilities where the intervention is carried out.\nTime travel required\nOccasional travels to Customer site may be required.\nIfYOU are the person we are looking for, feel free to apply and let's start drafting your future career in a healthy and growing environment!\nThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
