potential opportunities through an innovative journey, from ideation to commercialization.\nLead projects through the full lifecycle, working along with cross functional delivery teams.\nBe a competency leader in driving the development and implementation of program management capabilities across the practice\nProvide mentorship to a team of high performing consultants and actively participate in organization building initiatives\nRequirements: -\nExperience in agile methodologies, have led as Project Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master roles within SAFe projects and helped build Agile Ways of working transformation programs for client IT organizations. \nProven ability to lead teams and be committed to mentor junior team members\nShould be able to collaborate and work across teams, vendor, stakeholders etc.\nAt least one recognized project management certification\nProficiency in Microsoft Project, Power-point, Excel and Tools like Jira.\nPreferred Requirements: -\nExperience: 8-15years, with at least 6+ years of leading large programs working with top-tier consulting firms post MBA preferably in Project Management/Program\nExperience of working on high value projects which involve high level of interaction with CxOs and Top management executives.\nExpertise in developing and managing comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and RiskBreakdown Structures (RBS) to ensure project clarity, task division, and risk
