岗位职责：

  • 在NPI阶段前置介入，将量产质量要求嵌入新产品导入流程，参与设计评审（DFM/DFA），从质量角度提出制程可行性建议，协助制定CTQ清单和关键工序控制计划（Control Plan）等PPAP文件
  • 主导量产过程中的质量异常分析与处理（8D/5Why/鱼骨图），推动root cause的制定与闭环验证
  • 监控生产过程质量数据（SPC），识别趋势性问题并驱动改善，协调生产、工艺、供应商、研发等多方资源，快速解决重复性质量问题
  • 负责锂电池产品市场投诉的接收、分析及回复，主导客诉根因分析，输出调查报告及改善方案
  • 跟踪改善措施落地效果，防止同类问题再发，定期汇总各项质量数据，进行柏拉图分析并驱动系统性改善

任职要求 ：

专业与经验：

  • 本科及以上学历，电化学、材料科学、电子工程、机械工程等相关专业
  • 5年以上质量工作经验，3年以上锂电池/新能源行业质量工程师经验优先
  • 具备 NPI（新产品导入）项目全流程质量管控经验，熟悉从新产品导入到量产爬坡各阶段的质量控制要点; 有工厂端质量管理实战经验
  • 持有CQE/六西格玛绿带/黑带等质量相关认证 优先
  • 有客户审核应对经验

专业技能：

  • 熟悉锂电池制造工艺流程（电芯、模组、PACK等至少其一）
  • 熟练掌握质量工具：8D、5Why、FMEA、SPC、MSA、Control Plan
  • 熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949质量管理体系
  • 优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，善于推动多方协作解决问题
  • 较强的逻辑分析能力和系统性思维
  • 良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力
