Activities are to supervise quality of executed works during production, following agreed quality plan for the product line.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nActively participate in the production of integrated modular solutions and custom-built HVAC units through quality supervision of mechanical and construction works in accordance with the agreed quality plan for the product line.\nParticipate in process inspections and final inspections of mechanical and construction works.\nPerform incoming inspections as required and carry out supplier inspections, while maintaining records and inspection reports.\nParticipate in final inspections of mechanical works such as piping installation, ventilation duct assembly, insulation works, and other mechanical/construction activities.\nConduct quality control through inspections, prepare test and inspection plans for projects/products, and record inspection results.\nInitiate and manage non-conformance processes, including corrective and preventive actions.\nReview project documentation and work procedures to reduce the risk of non-conformities.\nParticipate in coordination meetings, problem-solving workshops, and other relevant events.\nEnsure compliance with company health and safety regulations.\nTrain and mentor personnel.\nEvaluate suppliers upon project completion.\nActively contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.\nPerform other duties as assigned by supervisors.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nSecondary school diploma or higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.\n1+ year of work experience in manufacturing, quality control, or assembly.\nExperience in quality management, including non-conformance management, inspection records, and corrective and preventive actions.\nExperience working in multicultural and multidisciplinary project environments.\nGood understanding and interpretation of technical documentation.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nProficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nValid Category B driver's license.\nAbility to plan activities and prioritize tasks within short timeframes.\nAbility to coordinate effectively with other departments.\nTeam-oriented, independent, and reliable.\nWell-organized approach to documentation management.\nWhat we offer?\nSupplementary and additional health insurance, including a yearly check-up (UNIQA for supplementary; CROATIA for additional insurance)\nChristmas bonus, Easter bonus, gift for a child, and gift in kind\nPaid overtime\nInternal and external trainings\nPerformance related bonuses\nReimbursement of public transportation costs\nMultiSport card option (salary deduction)\nFruit delivery on Mondays & Wednesdays\nReferral bonus\nAllowance for the birth of a child (up to the maximum non-taxable amount)\nAllowance in case of the death of an immediate family member (up to the maximum non-taxable amount)\nAbout Us\nThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
