This position requires a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders across the globe.\nWorking closely with the Data Governance Council Lead, this role will be responsible for configuring data quality platforms, implementing validation rules and workflows, developing dashboards and reports, and remediating data quality incidents across customer, supplier, contact, and item domains.\nKey Responsibilities Data Quality Platform Configuration & Customization\nConfigure and customize data quality platforms to ensure optimal user experience for data management\nImplement data quality rules, validation logic, and automated controls\nDevelop and maintain workflows to manage reference data across systems\nBuild monitoring capabilities for operational processes and data quality metrics\nData Quality Analysis & Remediation\nPerform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues\nRun reports across systems to calculate data quality dimensions\nExecute data reconciliation reports across multiple systems\nRemediate data quality incidents in a timely manner\nIdentify recurring incidents and resolve root cause issues\nManage incident resolution using ServiceNow to meet SLAs\nDashboard & Reporting Development\nImplement and maintain data quality dashboards using Power BI\nCreate business-friendly visualizations of data quality findings\nDevelop reports to track quality metrics across all domains (customer, supplier, contact, item)\nBuild monitoring reports for operational processes and controls\nData Integration & Synchronization\nImplement data integrations to synchronize data across systems\nDevelop ETL processes to support data quality and reconciliation needs\nWork hands-on with MDM and related systems to implement quality controls\nEnsure data consistency and accuracy across the enterprise data landscape\nStakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Gathering\nParticipate in requirements gathering sessions with business users\nElicit and document data quality requirements from stakeholders\nPresent data quality findings in a business-friendly format\nConduct meetings with large audiences independently\nWork effectively with business users across multiple regions and time zones\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to enhance data quality processes and controls\nContribute to the evolution of data quality maturity in the organization\nSupport the long-term data quality roadmap\nStay current with data quality best practices and emerging technologies\nRequired Qualifications Experience\nMinimum 8 - 10 years of total experience in data quality, data development, or related fields\nPreferably in an MDM and data governance environment\nProven track record of implementing data quality solutions and controls\nExperience working with business stakeholders across multiple regions\nTechnical Skills\nData Quality Platforms: Hands-on experience with at least one platform such as Informatica, Talend, Alation, or similar tools\nSQL: Advanced SQL proficiency for data analysis, profiling, and quality checks\nETL: Strong ETL development skills for data integration and transformation\nData Visualization: Proficiency in creating Power BI reports and dashboards\nData Profiling: Experience with data profiling tools and techniques\nSystem Integration: Understanding of data synchronization and integration patterns\nCommunication & Collaboration\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language\nExperience presenting to diverse audiences including business stakeholders and leadership\nProven ability to conduct meetings with large audiences independently\nStrong requirements elicitation and documentation skills\nComfortable working across global teams and time zones\nProblem-Solving & Analytical Skills\nStrong analytical mindset for identifying root causes of data quality issues\nAbility to troubleshoot complex data quality problems\nExperience with incident management and resolution processes\nDetail-oriented with focus on accuracy and quality\nPreferred Qualifications\nMulti-Domain MDM Experience: Experience working with customer, supplier, contact, or item master data domains\nManufacturing Industry: Background in manufacturing industry, particularly across multiple countries\nServiceNow: Experience using ServiceNow for incident management and meeting SLAs\nRoadmap Planning: Ability to understand long-term roadmaps and contribute to data quality maturity evolution\n Certifications: Data quality or data management certifications (e.g., CDMP, vendor-specific certifications)\n Additional Tools: Experience with data governance tools, metadata management platforms, or data
