prioritise risk-based coverage and effective handovers.\nOwn timely detection, escalation and containment of internal product and process nonconformities; lead or coordinate root-cause investigations within the agreed quality governance model.\nKey ResponsibilitiesPerform in-process visual and dimensional inspections of products, components and assemblies throughout manufacturing operations.\nVerify compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, work instructions, inspection criteria and control plans.\nExecute planned inspections on critical orders, products, projects or manufacturing processes and conduct risk-based shop-floor spot checks.\nDocument findings clearly, communicate issues to the relevant functions and follow through on agreed actions and closure dates.\nDetect, record and report nonconformities; ensure timely identification, segregation and containment of affected materials and products.\nLead or coordinate root-cause analysis for internal manufacturing issues, involving Production, Process Engineering and other specialists as needed.\nSupport definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.\nAnalyse recurring defects, scrap, rework, nonconformity and complaint data to identify trends, process weaknesses and improvement priorities.\nContribute to the development and continuous improvement of control plans, inspection methods, work instructions and quality standards.\nParticipate in manufacturing-quality and continuous-improvement initiatives designed to reduce defects, variability and customer risk.\nKey RelationshipsProduction Managers, Shift Leaders and shop-floor teams.\nProcess Engineering and Industrial Engineering.\nSupplier Quality, Customer Quality and Quality Systems, where relevant.\nMaintenance, Lean and other support functions involved in corrective actions.\nQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology or a related technical field; a relevant technical diploma combined with substantial applicable experience may be considered.\nRelevant experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Control, Manufacturing Quality or a production environment;
