Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, this position manages QMS documentation, coordinates and executes internal and external audits, and ensures ongoing certification compliance. The QMS Specialist works cross-functionally with production, EHS, and VOS teams to drive system alignment and continuous improvement.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nMaintain, update, and control all QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms)\nPlan, coordinate, and execute internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001\nCoordinate external audits and ensure certification readiness\nManage Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Actions, ensuring timely closure\nTrack and follow up on internal and external audit action plans\nMaintain the Risk and Opportunities register on a regular basis\nConsolidate specific customer quality requirements per project\nCoordinate customer visits and quality-related site walkthroughs\nSupervise and maintain the claim management tool\nRaise QMS awareness across the site through training and presentations\nSupport process improvement initiatives in collaboration with relevant departments\nCollaborate with the local VOS team and EHS team on integrated management system activities\nSupport FMEA activities with manufacturing teams\nOther responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum Job Qualifications:\n3 years of experience in a QMS or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment\nCertified Internal Auditor ISO 9001\nEnglish 90%\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 standard\nExperience in electrical or mechanical engineering manufacturing\nExperience with document control and audit management systems\nKnowledge of corrective and preventive action methodologies (e.g., 8D)\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work independently with initiative and proactivity\nComputer skills including email, collaboration tools,
