This role enables standardization, continuous improvement, and governance visibility across the enterprise by validating that processes are defined, deployed, executed, and effective in protecting product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer experience.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPlan and execute risk-based internal audits, and processes to assess compliance and effectiveness.\nEvaluate process effectiveness and maturity, ensuring controls are preventive and consistently executed\nIdentify systemic risks and gaps across core QMS business processes, differentiating between localized issues and enterprise-level weaknesses.\nDocument and communicate audit findings with clear evidence-based observations, findings and risk prioritization. \nDrive and verify corrective actions (RCCA/CAPA), ensuring true root cause identification and sustainable resolution. \nValidate effectiveness of corrective actions through data, follow-up audits, and performance trends. \nMonitor and report audit performance and systemic trends to Global Quality leadership, supporting governance and management review.\nEnsure compliance with applicable quality standards and requirements, including ISO 9001, regulatory, and customer-specific quality systems requirements\nProvide auditor training to site and functional resources to ensure consistent application of audit methodologies and QMS requirements.\nProvide support and guidance for external quality systems audits, ensuring audit readiness, effective execution, and timely, sustainable responses to findings.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum Job Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience in a QMS role.\nCertified Internal Auditor\nWorking knowledge of ISO-9001 standard requirements.\nDemonstrated experience conducting process-based internal audits in a global, multifunctional environment.\nProven ability to drive sustainable corrective actions (RCCA / CAPA) and verify effectiveness.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document clear, objective audit findings.\nProven analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and prioritize systemic global process risks.\nStrong proficiency in spoken and written English.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nISO 9000 Lead Auditor Certification.\nDemonstrated capability in auditor training, coaching, and QMS capability development across site and functional quality teams.\nExperience in a global, multi-site industrial manufacturing environment.\nStrong working knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and advanced risk-based quality methodologies\nThe anticipated salary range for this role in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom locality is between 33 739€ to 42 174€ gross per year -salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Compensation ranges are determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
