This position serves as a strategic bridge between Field Sales and key cross-functional teams-including Supply Chain, Logistics, Offering Management, Legal, Finance, and Accounting-to ensure seamless deal execution, operational scalability, and revenue growth.\nThis role plays a critical part in optimization of sales processes, tools, and governance frameworks to improve forecasting accuracy, pricing integrity, contract compliance, and order fulfillment. The individual will enable the sales organization with actionable insights, standardized procedures and policy, and training programs while ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and financial objectives.\nThe ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-driven, and collaborative, with a strong understanding of sales operations, supply chain dynamics, and financial objectives. This position plays a critical role in scaling the business, enhancing customer experience, and influencing predictable, profitable growth. The successful candidate will work across every Route to Market, Line of Business, Selling Motion, and Business Units regularly. \nJob Responsibilities:\nSupport project management for larger projects.\nAssist Leadership in Quarterly Business Reviews.\nSupport Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reporting requirements.\nFollow up on opportunities with Local Vertiv Offices.\nUpdate opportunity status in OSC.\nTrack order status, provide ship dates and request for an expedite.\nWork with Pricing and Finance Teams.\nWork with Vertiv Legal on terms and purchasing agreements.\nWork with IMS Team on sales cycle processes.\nManage pipeline mapping and key opportunity milestones.\nWork with order management team for Return Good Authorization (RGA) and Mis-shipment requests.\nWork with Local Offices on Buy/Resale orders and procedures per Policy 138.\nAssist Leadership on SP1/SP2/BSP submissions and commission claiming for Policy 119 products.\nAssist Leadership with demand planning inputs.\nWork across teams on forecasting procedures and accuracy.\nPerforms any reporting activity or task assigned by immediate supervisor as needed, or in fulfilment of and in relation to essential functions.\nAnalyze and form resolutions to recurring issues with regards to assigned tasks.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in customer service, order processing, sales support, or administrative support roles.\nService industry experience is an advantage.\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.\nEquivalent work experience in a professional, analytical, or technical support role may be considered in place of a degree.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet preferred.\nFamiliarity with Oracle/EBS systems is an advantage.\nAbility to work with large data sets, generate reports, and utilize data visualization tools.\nStrong data analysis skills with high attention to accuracy and detail.\nAbility to navigate configuration tools, internal databases, and system documentation.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nProfessional and customer-oriented approach to internal and external interactions.\nStrong phone and email etiquette with good interpersonal skills.\nDemonstrated ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and present information meaningfully.\nCapable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nProblem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and contribute to process improvements.\nSelf-motivated and proactive with the ability to take
