proposals, including bid bond application, preparation of materials, reviewing bid submittals and tracking all submission and filing.\nManage order processing and drive approval of order processing including eOPF entry and submission. \nCollaborate with other departments, such as finance, logistics, project and sales to ensure seamless order fulfillment.\nSupport in stock requisition, pre-production process.\nProvide administrative support for sales events, trade shows, and customer visits and customer appreciation programme.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, pricing guidelines, and approval processes.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, support or administrative role.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills, manage priorities, with attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.\nProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.\nResourceful and dedicated, with the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently.\nHighly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to
