This role will contribute to the Americas Sales Training team and technical sales curriculum. This will include creating, curating and delivering learning assets in multiple modes and building learning and certification paths that support and align with other learning programs. Instructional design, teaching virtual and in-person Instructor led sessions, and Elearning development in RISE are all daily activities requiring advanced skills.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDesign, develop and deliver high-profile, high-impact Sales training programs delivered in multiple modes - instructor-led and virtual workshops, train-the-trainer, self-paced online courses and videos, and technical solution lab exercises.\n\nDefine and manage program objectives and competencies for the Americas and consider how they might be tailored for Global use.\n\nCollaborate with subject matter experts to determine how to position Vertiv against competitor offerings.\n\nDesign and implement training lab environments for remote access and hands on learning that is accessible, flexible and applicable.\n\nStandardize on learning/mentoring plans for recruiting and onboarding of new associates.\n\nDevelop internal relationships with Offering and Marketing teams to work with beta version of product and software\n\nUnderstand and define target associate personas to design instruction that resonates with the audience\n\nMeasure program impact against agreed to success metrics\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Instructional Design or other related technical degree.
