process validation, and production qualification.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.\nSupport PFMEA, Control Plans, process flows, and root cause analysis activities.\nCollaborate with global engineering teams, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and production sites.\nIdentify manufacturing risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nSupport production transfers, capacity expansion projects, and operational excellence initiatives.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.\nExperience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or New Product Introduction (NPI).\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, assembly methods, and production systems.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nStrong project management and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.\nFluent English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in HVAC, thermal management, refrigeration, electrical assemblies, or industrial equipment manufacturing.\nExperience with automation, production equipment qualification, and factory expansions.\nKnowledge of product industrialization and production transfer
