The role requires strong customer engagement, adherence to safety standards, and delivery of high-quality service across multiple projects within the region.\nResponsibilities and Measurement Criteria:\nDeliver installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of LV switchgear panels.\nDiagnose faults, investigate breakdowns, and carry out effective repairs.\nPerform preventative maintenance to agreed schedules and quality standards.\nConduct primary and secondary injection testing, flash testing, and panel fault-finding.\nPrepare tools, test equipment, and required documentation prior to site work.\nComplete all site documentation accurately and ensure timely client sign-off and system uploads.\nLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project milestones and close snag lists.\nEnsure full compliance with HSE procedures and safe isolation practices.\nParticipate in regional travel and the on-call rota as required.\nQualifications:\nRequired / Minimum Qualifications:\nMinimum 3+ years’ experience in a site-based or client-facing engineering role.\nRecognised qualification in an Engineering discipline.\nStrong working knowledge of LV switchgear and protection devices.\nExperience in electrical panel testing and fault-finding.\nCompetency in primary and secondary injection testing and flash testing.\nGood understanding of electrical safety and safe isolation procedures.\nExperience completing detailed test documentation (FAT/SAT exposure desirable).\nExcellent communication and customer-facing skills.\nFull, clean driving licence.\nFlexibility to work additional hours when required.\nAdditional / Preferred Qualifications:\nElectrical Engineering or Electrical Trade background.\nHND/HNC or equivalent qualification.\nWorking knowledge of electrical drawings and control systems.\nExperience troubleshooting within an electrical service environment.\nGood PC/software literacy.\nPhysical & Environmental Requirements:\nSite-based role with significant travel.\nWork in industrial environments requiring strict adherence to safety procedures.\nBenefits\nCompetitive
