The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant machine operation, including control systems integration and basic software interaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop electrical systems for HVAC machines, including screw chillers and thermal products.\nPrepare and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, GA drawings, and BOMs.\nSelect and integrate electrical components such as MCCBs, contactors, relays, VFDs, sensors, heaters, and protection devices.\nSupport control panel design, power distribution, earthing, and safety interlocks for chiller systems.\n Support in PLC and HMI programming activities, including basic logic modifications, I/O mapping, tag management, and parameter settings.\nCoordinate BMS integration (e.g., BACnet/Modbus) and support testing, signal mapping, and system validation.\nParticipate in dry testing, DVT, and performance testing of machines in lab and factory environments.\nTroubleshoot electrical and control-related issues during development, production, and site commissioning.\nCoordinate with Mechanical, Controls, Software, QA, Sourcing, and Service teams for system integration and issue resolution.\nEnsure compliance with applicable electrical standards, safety guidelines, and company processes.\nSupport component localization and cost optimization initiatives without impacting quality or performance.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.\n4-6 years of relevant industry experience (Engineer II level).\nStrong machine-level experience in HVAC systems, especially screw chiller machines.\nGood knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, and VFD-based applications.\nWorking experience or exposure to PLC and HMI programming in industrial applications.\nKnowledge of BMS integration protocols such as Bacnet and Modbus is preferred.\n Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Structured Text (ST), and Function Block Diagram (FBD).\nHands-on experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and documentation.\n Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional
