applications\nKnowledge of enclosure design considering dust and water Ingress Protection\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering\n 7-8 years of relevant work experience\nDesirable\nHands on Experience on sheet metal prototype development \nKnowledge of busbar design considerations\nAbility to work independently with least supervision\nResponsibilities\nDesign of complete sheet metal enclosure (3D design and manufacturing 2D drawings)\nVisit supplier and manufacturing plant for prototype development \nHandle all design related activities from product request till prototype development\nResponsible for timely and accurate delivery of drawings and other documents\nPerform detailed structural analysis and validation of designs to ensure safety, durability, and cost efficiency.\nProvide alternative solutions for mechanical designs that reduce costs without compromising quality or specifications.\nEvaluate and suggest alternative materials to enhance performance and reduce costs, ensuring compliance with both mechanical and electrical requirements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Electrical Engineers, Manufacturing, etc.) to optimize product designs.\nEnsure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.\nPrepare detailed reports and documentation for engineering
