# Senior Mechanical Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for Thermal Management products. Create and maintain 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and engineering documentation. Support global NPDI programs from concept through product launch. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Product Management, and Validation teams. Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and design evaluations. Support prototype development, testing, and design verification activities. Drive cost reduction, manufacturability, serviceability, and quality improvement initiatives. Manage engineering releases, product structures, revisions, and documentation through PLM systems. Participate in technical reviews, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement projects. Support supplier development and product industrialization activities. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 4-8 years of experience in mechanical product design and development. Proficiency with 3D CAD software, preferably PTC Creo.
