The position owns program governance, deployment execution, organizational readiness, change management, and value delivery, supporting improvements in service levels, inventory performance, planning productivity, and overall supply chain maturity.\nPosition Summary\nThe Senior Planning Program Manager - EMEA Digital Transformation will lead the end-to-end EMEA deployment of Kinaxis Maestro, ensuring alignment with global program objectives while driving regional execution, process standardization, user adoption, and sustainable business results.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead EMEA Kinaxis Maestro deployment roadmap, governance, milestones, risks, and resource planning.\nDrive standardization of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, SIOP/IBP, Capacity Planning, Production Planning, and Materials Planning processes.\nCoordinate deployment activities across plants, business units, IT teams, and implementation partners.\nLead change management, training, communication, and organizational readiness activities.\nEnsure master data readiness, testing execution, ERP integration alignment, and go-live preparation.\nDrive post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.\nMeasure and deliver business value through KPI improvements.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.\n8-12+ years of Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Transformation leadership experience.\n5+ years leading large cross-functional programs.\nExperience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, Oracle APS, or similar planning platforms.\nExperience in manufacturing and multi-site environments.\nTime Travel Needed:\n50%\nEmployee perks, benefits\nWorking in a professional and international team,\nAnnual Wage Increase,\nChristmas bonus 100% of the basic salary,\nWorking leave for regeneration with wage compensation - 10 days,\nFood allowance in excess of the law,\nFlexible working hours,\n7.5 hours of working time,\nReferral bonus,\nand other benefits within the social program (contributions for blood donations, contributions for work and life anniversaries).\nThe anticipated salary range for this role Slovakia is between €44 394 to € 55 493 gross per and reflects the range applicable in that jurisdiction.
