SUMMARY\nThe Senior Project Controls Manager is responsible for establishing, managing and overseeing project controls functions including cost, schedule, risk, reporting, change management and forecasting across large-scale data center and infrastructure projects.\n\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nResponsible for establishing and executing the high-level strategic direction of project controls including cost management, risk management, and schedule management. \nTake the lead for project controls deliverables that require cross-functional input. \nMotivate the team by providing clear directions and goals. \nAssist with weekly team meetings to discuss progress on initiatives and to drive performance. \nLead the development and production of regular reporting. \nPrepares documentation for project gateway and approval processes. \nDevelop overall guidelines for project level chartering and partnering. \nLead the development, implementation and management of project controls procedures across cost, schedule, progress, risk and change\nOversee cost management including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cost-to-complete evaluations\nManage integrated project schedules and monitor progress against baselines\nLeads risk workshops with the project team to identify risks, establish likelihood/severity, mitigation actions and Owners. \nCoordinate project teams to ensure accuracy of inputs for cost, schedule and risk reporting\nPrepare executive-level project reporting including KPIs, dashboards and performance summaries\nSupport the Program manager in strategic planning, project performance reviews and decision-making\nMonitor, evaluate and mitigate project risks and opportunities\nEnsure compliance with Vertiv governance, financial procedures and controls\nManage project Change Control including change identification, impact analysis, evaluation, pricing, approval routing and integration into forecast and cost-to-complete\nMaintain a project change register and ensure timely communication of approved and pending changes\nWork in specialty tools related to project controls\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction. \nGraduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred. \n12+ years of relevant project controls experience. \n2+ years managing high performing project control teams in a consulting environment. \nKnowledge of multiple contract delivery methods and the merits of each. \nDisplays track record of proven success with schedules, cost control, estimating and risk management. \nProven and demonstrated experience in implementing and managing a project controls system, including financial and scheduling controls, for a major capital project. \nExperience in establishing and monitoring project baselines and performance metrics. \nProficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. \nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations. \nKnowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and compliance frameworks relevant to the project domain. \nDemonstrates leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate project teams towards achieving project control objectives. \nDemonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational and communication skills \n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n10+ years of experience in project controls for large construction or technical infrastructure projects\nStrong knowledge of cost engineering, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), risk and change management\nAbility to evaluate complex project data and communicate insights clearly\nStrong stakeholder engagement, leadership and coordination skills\nACCOUNTABILITIES\nAccuracy and timeliness of reporting across cost, schedule, risk and change\nProject performance alignment with approved budgets and schedules\nQuality of risk and change identification, evaluation and mitigation\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nSite and office based, with variable working hours and potential travel requirements.\nApproximately 30% of travel is expected.\nVariable working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.\nOn-call availability may be required based
