The role supports NPDI and serial production activities by ensuring supplier capability, compliance with engineering and quality requirements, and continuous supplier performance improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nQualify, evaluate, audit, and develop suppliers within the Coil and Heat Exchanger commodity.\nLead supplier quality assurance activities during NPDI and serial production phases.\nEnsure activities related to material and component quality during development and industrialization phases.\nCoordinate and manage PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) activities with suppliers.\nPerform periodical supplier evaluations and supplier performance monitoring.\nSupport supplier capability assessments and supplier improvement programs.\nManage non-conforming material processes including containment, corrective actions, and return-back procedures.\nCoordinate supplier corrective actions and root cause analysis activities.\nCommunicate with suppliers regarding all quality-related topics.\nSupport Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project teams regarding supplier quality matters.\nEnsure supplier compliance with drawings, specifications, standards, and customer requirements.\nParticipate in supplier audits, workshops, inspections, and technical review meetings.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.\nExperience in procurement, sourcing, or commodity management within industrial equipment or manufacturing industries.\nUnderstanding of heat exchangers, coils, thermal systems, and fabrication processes.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings and specifications.\nStrong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.\nExperience working with international suppliers and project environments.\nFluent English communication.\n\nPreferred Skills\nKnowledge of pressure vessel standards and thermal equipment manufacturing.\nKnowledge of welding technologies and fabrication processes.\nSupplier quality and project procurement experience.\nFamiliarity with welding and material specifications.\nTIME TRAVEL REQUIRED\n80 %\nThe anticipated salary range for this role in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom locality is between 33 739€ to 42 174€ gross per year -salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Compensation ranges are determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
