This position contributes to the company by ensuring that all work orders are fulfilled to meet contractual requirements, maximizing revenue, nurturing internal and external customer relations, and building a positive image. The position is best suited for individuals who enjoy performing routine tasks, can handle a high-volume of work, is self-motivated, is customer focused, has good verbal and written communication skills, strong planning and organizational skills and is solutions and results oriented. This is a full-time, 40 hours/week M-F position. Prior appointment setting/scheduling experience is preferred.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAssist Customer Engineer with all rescheduled PM's by updating the RSCH customer notes.\nMaintains a master schedule of all CE’s daily service activity/events on the Managers Board.\nDispatch scheduled events, warranty, start-up, load banking, special testing, battery replacements, and scheduled maintenance\nEnsure quality oriented and timely PM completions, start-ups, and service calls\nCoordinate preventative maintenance service for all customers within the District including services provided by Service Partners (SP). \nMonitor and manage scheduling of all Customer Engineer's (CE's) and SP service events within the district geographic service area, including assisting scheduling of preventative maintenance, emergency service (in coordination with the CRC), warranty, and start-up. Power District Operations Coordinators also assist scheduling of load banking (requirements, ordering, pickup & delivery) and test equipment.\nManage the site activation/cancellation activity on Service Partner Web (SPW) for new and pending contracts.\nProvide physical tags to SP to attach to new equipment.\nReview and modify PM schedule dates before releasing tickets to field.\nMonitor and track preventative maintenance to ensure on time completion and contract compliance.\nMaintain and communicate start-up scheduling.\nPrepare and maintain weekend work calendar/duty tech schedule.\nProvide PM/FCN due reports to CE to assist in scheduling PM’s and FCN’s.\nOther Duties as assigned\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nAssociate degree or equivalent experience\n3-5 years of field services scheduling experience preferred.\nAbility to use a personal computer and job-related software.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nStrong resource management skills.\nDetail-oriented and strong organization skills.\nProficient in MS Office.\nAbility to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to use general office equipment.\nGeneral understanding of or the ability to learn UPS/Power/Battery/Thermal topology and applications.\nExperience with software
