standards, processes, and service procedures\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve recurring operational issues\nSupport cost control, resource utilization, and operational efficiency\nPromote and reinforce Vertiv culture, including customer-first mindset and accountability\nFoster a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards\nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS\nMinimum Job Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field)\nIntermediate level of English proficiency (written and spoken)\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)\nExperience in service operations, field service, or contract execution environments\nExperience managing coordinators or similar roles\nStrong understanding of service key performance indicators and service level agreements\nSolid customer management skills and escalation handling\nStrong communication skills\nHigh level of organization and execution discipline\nKnowledge of quality and safety standards\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in mission critical infrastructure or data center environments\nKnowledge of Maintenance 4.0 and predictive maintenance concepts\nFamiliarity with asset management and lifecycle services\nExposure to artificial intelligence-driven service solutions (predictive analytics, remote monitoring)\nExperience in multi-site and high-availability environments\nEDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field) required\nAdditional certifications related to service management, asset management, or reliability are preferred\nENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS\nWork performed in office and customer site environments\nUse of personal protective equipment required when visiting operational sites in accordance with safety regulations\nTRAVEL TIME REQUIRED\nApproximately 25% depending on operational
