The role is responsible for service planning, scheduling, documentation, follow-up, and timely closure of service activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate Preventive Maintenance Breakdown, Installation & Commissioning, and service calls.\nPlan and schedule engineers based on customer requirements, priority, location, and availability.\nCoordinate with customers for site visits, shutdowns, PM schedules, commissioning activities, and service requirements.\nPrepare and maintain daily/weekly service schedules and trackers.\nMonitor service calls and ensure timely assignment and closure of jobs in the FSM system.\nEnsure FSR (Field Service Report) availability and proper documentation after completion of service activities.\nFollow up on open calls, pending FSRs, unbilled PMs, customer approvals, and service-related actions.\nCoordinate with Service Engineers, Service Sales, Technical Support, Quality, Logistics, and other internal teams.\nTrack spare parts/material requirements, dispatch status, and delivery to customer sites.\nSupport the process of PO, CAS approval, service billing, and invoice-related follow-ups.\nMaintain accurate service records, customer information, and operational trackers.\nPrepare and share MIS reports, PM status, call status, pending actions, and service performance reports.\nEscalate critical customer issues, delays, material constraints, and scheduling conflicts to the concerned stakeholders.\nEnsure timely communication with customers regarding engineer visits, service schedules, delays, and completion status.\nSupport management in achieving PM completion, service response, productivity, billing, and customer satisfaction targets.\nEnsure compliance with company processes, safety requirements, and service documentation standards.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nPM planning and completion tracking\nTimely service call assignment and closure\nFSR and documentation compliance\nReduction of pending/open service calls\nCustomer response and coordination effectiveness\nTimely billing and unbilled PM follow-up\nAccuracy of service trackers and MIS reports\nEngineer utilization and schedule adherence\nCustomer satisfaction and issue resolution\nRequired Skills\nGood communication and coordination skills\nStrong follow-up and ownership\nGood knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office\nAbility to manage multiple activities simultaneously\nCustomer-oriented approach\nGood documentation and reporting skills\nAbility to work with cross-functional teams\nGood problem-solving and escalation-management skills\nQualification & Experience\nGraduate/ Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.\n2-5 years of experience in service coordination, field service operations, customer service, or a similar role.\nExperience in UPS, power systems, electrical equipment, or industrial service operations will be an
