Brief Job Description:

工作职责：

1、负责液冷项目全生命周期技术支持，包括方案评审、技术澄清、调试支持及故障处理。

2、支持项目交付，解决现场安装调试和运维过程中的技术问题。

3、建立并持续优化液冷服务体系、技术标准及知识库。

4、开展典型故障分析和案例沉淀，推动问题闭环及持续改进。

5、为服务团队提供技术培训，并协同研发、产品、质量等部门提升产品服务能力。

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，制冷、暖通、热能动力相关专业。

2、具备2年以上数据中心液冷系统产品或技术支持经验。

3、熟悉液冷系统原理及相关设备。

4、具备较强的故障分析、问题解决及技术文档编写能力。

5、具备良好的沟通协调能力，可适应出差及现场支持工作。
