data from legacy systems, Oracle EBS, cloud platforms, and emerging AI-powered data sources.\nDesign and develop scalable, AI-enabled analytics pipelines that support both structured and unstructured data.\nIdentify valuable data sources and implement automation for efficient data collection, transformation, and enrichment.\nCreate reports, visualizations, and dashboards that leverage AI-driven insights to support departments such as Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain.\nApply machine learning techniques and statistical models to uncover trends, detect anomalies, and predict future outcomes.\nConduct deep data analysis to understand customer behavior and business performance; use AI models to simulate scenarios and optimize business decisions.\nTechnical Development & Support:\nBuild, deploy, and maintain advanced BI and AI/ML-enabled dashboards and analytics tools using Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and Microsoft BI stack.\nDevelop AI-enhanced workflow solutions and recommendation engines that support business processes.\nEnsure performance, scalability, and security of data products incorporating AI components when appropriate.\nSupport the integration of AI services with enterprise applications and data ecosystems.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including documentation of AI models, data pipelines, and governance practices.\nMonitor and continuously improve existing BI and AI systems for accuracy, relevance, and usability.\nExplore and evaluate new AI technologies and frameworks, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of intelligent analytics solutions.\nGeneral Expectations:\nSupport leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.\nContinuously evaluate and enhance BI platforms.\nStay current with BI and analytics trends and recommend improvements.\nParticipate in cross-functional team collaboration and technical integrations.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.\n1-3 years of business domain experience working with large datasets and solving complex business problems.\nStrong command of SQL and relational databases.\nExperience with Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and the Microsoft BI stack.\nProgramming skills in .NET, Python, C#, or JavaScript.\nFamiliarity with SDLC methodologies.\nExperience with Oracle EBS and SharePoint is a plus.\nFamiliarity with AI/ML frameworks and experience applying machine learning models to real-world business problems.\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and presentation abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and time management.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nStrong customer focus and interpersonal effectiveness.\nComfortable working in a matrixed organization and engaging with all organizational levels.\nStrategic thinking
